Yoga is Awesome For Recovery!
Just as it is so important to exercise and push your body to your limits .... It is just as important to have a rest & recovery day. On my rest & recovery day I chose to go to my Yoga class!
Your cross fit yoga is so hard. But, it sure feels good afterwards if you can make it through.
