Slowly Getting Stronger

Today I was able to Deadlift 250 lbs 2x :-) I am stoked about this because I was stuck @ 205 lbs for about 9 months and I thought I was not going to be able to break it! But today I DID :-) 



The image is a little blurry - but you get the idea :-) I have been working on crossfit for 21/2 years and I am pleased with how far I have come ..... I can't wait to see where I am in another 21/2 years :-) Pushing myself like I do in kickboxing and crossfit helps me remember that DREAMS and GOALS can be reached with hard work and determination :-) DREAM BIG!!!
