I went down to the Shakespeare Festival this last weekend and while I was there I dropped in on the CrossFit gym down there for a workout :-) (or course). The gym is called CrossFit Cedar City and EVERYONE was really nice!!
Just my luck (hahaha) we did a hero WOD named "Cindy" consisting of as many rounds as possible for 20 minutes = 5 pullups, 10 push ups, and 15 squats. I was able to get 11 rounds :-)
