V Day CrossFit Workout

Today @ SLC CrossFit we celebrated V Day by doing a WOD named "Jack"

"Jack"
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Push press @ 75
10 Kettlebell Swings @ 35
10 Box jumps @ 18
 = an awesome sweat angel :-)
