100 double unders
10 back extensions
20 pushups
30 situps
30sec squat hold
WOD
4 Rounds
50m walking lunge
50m bear crawl
10 burpee pullups
Here is a pic of me getting ready for some serious pull up action :-) I am on the right in the light blue tank top. Haha the bar is a little high so I stand on plates to reach ;-) Ahh the joys of being little :-)
