Tire and Sled Push Partner WOD

Not a bad way to spend a Saturday morning :-)

Today's workout was 5 rounds of 25 meter sled push/tire flip partner workout .... It was intense! One person flips the tire while the other pushes the sled and then we switched.



(That's me in the middle - hahaha the tire is as big as me!)
