Sand Bag Hill Sprints ..
WOD tonight: Flat Iron Park. You know "the hill"? Yep. That one.
WOD: 6 rounds. Start at bottom of the hill. 20 high jumps over a sand bag, pick up sand bag (35#) over your shoulder and sprint to the top of hill. At top, 10 sand bag cleans. Throw back over shoulder, sprint down the hill.
Seriously...that is intense
