Paleo Continues ....

This dish was super yummy and it was Paleo approved :-)

An organic egg white frittata soufflé - made with confetti vegetables, baby spinach, red pepper coulis, and without cheese...

  2. looks good! I did some reading about Paleo. That'd be hard for me. I like cereal in the morning too much. Oh and sandwiches. You have a lot of discipline!
