It has been soo nice outside - summer is definitely here ... We got a little treat @ work today .... an ICE CREAM truck :-) Mary's sister has a part-time job driving an ice cream truck - so she stopped by today .... I didn't have anything because I am trying to eat the PALEO way .... For those who are wondering what PALEO is ...
Well it is also popularly referred to as the caveman diet, Stone Age diet and hunter-gatherer diet. It is a nutritional plan based on the presumed ancient diet of wild plants and animals that the human species habitually consumed during the Paleolithic era—a period of about 2.5 million years duration that ended around 10,000 years ago with the development of agriculture.
So I have cut out a lot of fun foods - i.e. starches, dairy .... I am liking it so far .... It isn't really a diet as much as a lifestyle .... If you want to find out more you can click on the website links I have posted on my blog :-)
