Steppin Up My GYM Game!!


I am going to Lake Powell in May with a friend from work :-) I am super stoked. R*******’s family owns a house boat! TO get ready for ALL the swimsuit pictures I have decided to step it up a notch. I talked with R*** ( a wise coach and personal trainer) and asked what else I could do.

He gave me the idea of keeping a “food journal” to track my calorie intake vs. the amount that I burn while exercising. I am starting TODAY. You really look at food differently when you are writing down ALL the calories….. I also took my measurements this AM after my workout. I will check my #’s in 3 months from today…… Wish me luck!
