CrossFit Girlz Night

We had an all girls CrossFit party over the weekend :-) My friend Courtney did our nails and Kelly hosted the party at her house :-) It is always so fun seeing all my ole' girl friends from CrossFit Sandy.

 CONGRATS to my girl CHELSEA who placed 19th in the Elevate CrossFit competition over the weekend :-) You killed it!!!
