Dinner with Friends :-)

Tonight I was able to get together with some ole' friends for dinner and much needed laughs :-) Good friends are so important!

Long Weekend In The Cali Sun

Over the weekend I went down to Diego for some family fun time :-) I hung out with my sis, niece, nephew, parents, and my G'ma .... Going to La Jolla is such a great family tradition we have :-)

Skiing Fun With Friends

I love winter time in Utah because that means I get to go skiing :-) My friend Hallie invited me to go up to Alta with her and her son. I had a blast as always and it was such a pretty day up at the slopes!

It was such a great Christmas this year!! I was able to go up to Alta with my bro and hit the slopes :-) It was a perfect day!!

Yoga Friends

I have really gotten into yoga this year. With all of the heavy lifting and crazy workouts I do - I feel it is really important to stretch out your muscles .... I also love it when I have a great group of friends to stretch with :-)
One my my goals for 2014 is to attend more yoga classes :-)

I love Deadlifts :-)

On Saturday my CrossFit friends and I did a DeadLift pyramid :-) I got up to 210 lbs :-) Not bad if I don't say so myself ;-)
